NEW PAINT COLORS.........COMING SOON !!!!

This Spring and Summer the Architectural Committee and the members of the HOA Board have been hard at work formulating our new community paint colors.  It's been a long journey, since we decided to rethink the entire concept to come up with some new and exciting ideas.

The new choices will reflect the NEWEST concepts in COLOR and DESIGN to help increase property values. Plus there are a couple of other surprises that will make your paint selection more interesting and personal.

We are meeting this week to finalize our thoughts and presentation and hope to have something available soon for Fall Painting.  You can find updates here as they happen.

Dear Neighbor,  It is hard to believe that almost 30 years have passed in our neighborhood.  While there have been numerous benefits to our community, the board feels that it is time to review and take a fresh look at the neighborhood,  consider changes that would improve property values as well as an overall sense of community.  We will be passing from door to door to reacquaint ourselves and to receive your input.

Our new community blog is now up and running and several of the members of the Architectural Committee will be stopping by to inform all of our neighbors.  We'll be passing out our Questionnaire, which also includes the web address. The complete Questionnaire and email link can also be found here.

TAKING A WALKING TOUR

We're letting everyone know that we will be taking a walking tour of the community in a couple of weeks.  The purpose will be to observe options and make notes of some work that might need to be addressed.  Please take care of whatever you feel needs attention on your properties.  Personally, the list for my yard just keeps going and going.
